About Your New Role: As part of the customer service team, you will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and be responsible for a range of critical functions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the main point of contact for both internal and external customers, ensuring smooth communication and customer satisfaction
  • Efficiently processing customer orders, returns, and credits, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail in order processing
  • Managing forward orders and backorders, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer needs
  • Keeping customers informed about stock availability, upcoming promotions, and pricing
  • Handling inquiries and addressing complaints, ensuring a high level of customer service and issue resolution
  • Utilising SAP to manage sales orders, inventory levels, and track customer interactions to ensure smooth operations

Key Skills & Experience:

  • SAP Proficiency: 3+ years of experience with SAP is essential to manage order processing, inventory tracking, and customer service tasks effectively.
  • Order Processing & Manufacturing Knowledge: A strong understanding of order processing workflows and manufacturing processes is crucial to handle customer orders and inquiries accurately and promptly.
  • Customer Service Expertise: Proven experience in customer service roles with a focus on problem-solving, resolving complaints, and maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders, handling backorders, and ensuring the availability of products.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, internal teams, and suppliers.
  • Results-Oriented: Passionate about achieving results, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and delivering excellent customer service.
